Expect Miracles Surrogacy ("EMS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our website and applications, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact and identity details: name, email, phone, address, date of birth

  • Messages sent through our contact forms and consultation requests
  • Account details: your email and a securely hashed password

2. How We Use Your Information

We use it to:

  • Meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights

3. Public Profiles

Surrogates who are approved for our program may appear on our public Surrogates page with their first name, state, age, a short introduction and a photo, shown only with their agreement. Medical, background, financial and contact details are never shown publicly.

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Matched parties: profile and application information shared between surrogates and intended parents as part of a match, with consent

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for your application or journey, and as required by law or for legitimate business records. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping duties.
