As a labor and delivery nurse, Reesa, gets to be part of many little miracles.
In her profession, however; she has also witnessed the other side, families struggling with infertility.
“Whenever I see these patients I always think to myself “I wish there was something more I could do for them,” she said.
Recently Reesa has been a nurse for surrogate families during their deliveries. Those moments left a lasting impression and desire to help.
“I instantly knew that I wanted to be able to help families as a surrogate,” she said.
When she is not helping bring beautiful babies into the world, she loves to get out in the world and take long trail hikes with her family.
“I feel like it’s such a great time to have conversations with each other while we are unplugged from technology,” said Reesa.
“I love those moments getting to know new things about my kids!”
