The power of positivity is important to first-time surrogate Rodneika.

Her favorite quote describes moving forward: “The purpose of the past is to teach you, not trap you.”

She is a new mother and also an aspiring author.

“I am currently writing my third book and hope to get published one day,” she said

When she is not in front of the computer, Rodneika enjoys hiking, painting, dancing and of course being with her son.

“The best part about being a mother is providing love, time and energy to someone.”

“To be able to take care of my son means everything to me.”

Rodneika says she would be honored to become a surrogate and help a family in need.

“I feel like I was meant to be a surrogate and to be able to be a part of this process would be such a beautiful and gratifying experience.”
